Arcadis is seeking to recruit a Recruitment Specialist to assist in the direct recruitment of people into the UK business through effective use of routes to market, helping to generate a high number of direct applications into the business, driving down cost per hire.
Activities include :
Support the Talent Acquisition Team with full cycle recruitment activity : - Actively source external candidates by leveraging all recruiting channels to provide a pipeline of candidates.
Screen applications and conduct phone interviews. Update vacancy and application status. Liaise with applicants to provide updates and feedback.
Ensure all documentation is correctly completed and received including up to date job descriptions.
Manage vacancy and candidate records on ATS system ensuring all data is accurate and up to date. Champion the use of the system.
Responsible for document control and database management for all standard documentation that supports the talent acquisition processes.
Provide general administrative support to the talent acquisition team.
Building and maintaining stakeholder relationship towards the highest-level stakeholder satisfaction
Have accountability for the following ATS duties :
Screening all new applications
Updating of interview details from first to final meetings
Key stakeholders : Talent Acquisition Team, HR, Hiring Managers
Proven experience of working successfully in a similar role within a Professional Services environment
Knowledge and experience of supporting the end-to-end recruitment process.
Knowledge of recruitment marketing including social media and direct sourcing methods.
Ability to manage a large and varied workload, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all tasks.
Ability to provide high standard team support to ensure a smooth operation.
Excellent organisation and time management skills.
Accurate and detail conscious at all times
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Assertive and able to prioritise conflicting demands.
Ability to work to tight deadlines.
Experience of using ATS systems.
Professional and confident approach to working relationships.
