Work Scope :

  • Reviews identified top concerns related to telephony / contact center systems and ensures that all of these are logged in the Ticketing System and meet SLAs
  • Maintains and provides Technical Support for the IT Telephony Services, Contact Center Systems, Corporate PBX, and Integration to different systems
  • Ensures that target users are connected and equipped with the necessary knowledge on telephony applications or system enhancements
  • Develops and maintains systems to monitor and control Telephony Systems and components and facilitates network documentations
  • Credentials :

  • Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s of Computer Engineering or any IT Related course
  • With at least 5 years experience handling
  • With extensive experience in management,operations and leadership
