Position : Spanish Electronic Helpdesk Support Specialist

Industry : Shared Service

Location : Rosario, Cavite

Salary : PHP 60,000 - PHP 90,000 gross

Schedule : Nightshift

Work Set-up : Temporary Work from Home Setup (Must be willing to work on a hybrid setup once allowed by the company - 3 days onsite and 2 days wfh)

Responsibilities :

Provide Technical product application support for circuit Protection, Distribution Equipment, and Industrial Controls

Assist Customers and Client concerns using Product selection and configuration

Post-sales technical support for product line and product selection Services

Providing assistance and usage of some specific software

Ensure to provide navigation for proper application setup

Requirements :

Open for native and non-native Spanish speakers

Proficient in both Spanish and English

Preferably Bachelor’s degree holder of Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology and related courses

Knowledgeable in using computer

Background in CS / TSR / IT and related fields is a plus
