Department Overview

The Business Services team across locations provides processing and voice support and to enable a follow-the-sun delivery model for Wells Fargo that would help us service our customers faster.

Business Services teams perform bank operation processes across divisions of WF Home Lending, Wholesale Ops, Wealth & Investment Management (WIM), PVSI & Community banking.

About the Role

The Research / Remediation Supervisor ensures the work is completed on time and accurately by monitoring the daily activities and output of his / her team members.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible in reviewing, prioritizing, and distributing daily work to meet goals; monitoring work progress & making adjustments as needed.
  • Making employment decisions and setting performance standards; includes talent recruitment and development.
  • Directly responsible for providing support and guidance to team members by communicating business policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Communicates information to management and business via updates & any related concerns / issues, escalate as necessary.
  • Review training or other materials as requested by business to ensure following operational and regulatory requirements.
  • May represent business unit at meetings.
  • Works on special projects as needed.
  • Market Skills and Certifications

  • College graduate, any field.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in supervising a team.
  • Relevant experience in handling Credit Bureau Disputes is an advantage.
  • With at least 3 years experience handling financial account / services / products : e.g. customer service, fraud, disputes, collections, etc.
  • Proficient in basic PC applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong research and investigation skills. Keen to details.
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedules and holidays.
