Job ID 51507 Posted 24-Nov-2021 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Customer Service Location(s) Makati City - National Capital Region - Philippines POSITION SUMMARY : The Customer Service Representative will process facility maintenance work orders efficiently and accurately through our FacilitySource support software while providing excellent customer service to clients and vendors in a team environment.

This role can be home-based (or work in the office), pending satisfactory performance and a home office environment with adequate internet access and limited distractions. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Generates and dispatches service request work orders for completion by vendors or technicians.
  • Consistently provides a positive, all-inclusive customer experience by owning every customer experience focusing on and driving toward superior customer service
  • Consistently shows commitment toward achieving key performance indicators
  • Uses critical thinking to solve problems, provide guidance and find solutions for multiple customers
  • Documents client maintenance issues accurately in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicates with service providers and client locations to ensure work order status and quotes are accurate
  • Maintains a positive attitude with peers and while taking accountability for actions
  • Follows established guidelines for operating procedures, quality, and productivity
  • Effectively responds to and follows through on commitments with a focus on quick turnaround
  • Builds a proven track record and reputation for achieving results through an emphasis on detail and follow through
  • SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities : Accomplishing work in an organized manner according to priorities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Multi-tasking ability to actively listen and type notes simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills
  • Capability of learning and navigating work order software system
  • Record of outstanding attendance and work performance
  • Driven and passionate to perform at high levels
  • Ability to work in a team atmosphere
  • Computer navigation skills; ability to type 30 WPM
  • Willing to be assigned at M1 Tower Makati
  • Willing to work on permanent night shift schedule and / or shifting (during training only)
  • Hybrid work arrangement depending on performance and / or government mandate
  • EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE : High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Minimum two years of related experience.
