year studies in College Experience : None required Training : None required Eligibility : Career Service (Sub-Professional) / First Level Eligibility PREFERRED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS Education : College graduate (Office Administration, Business Management, Computer Course or any related course) Experience : Two (2) years relevant experience Training : Eight (8) hours of relevant training ADDITIONAL COMPETENCY 1.

Computer literate with knowledge on MS office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc.) 2. Knowledge on Records Management 3. Good written and oral communication skills 4.

Able to work harmoniously, competently and effectively even under pressure. JOB DESCRIPTION Under general supervision, performs highly skilled and responsible clerical functions and does other related works.

  • PRIMARY TASKS 1. Performs all clerical works such as typing, recording, posting and other clerical tasks; 2. Perform skilled tasks such as preparations of certificates, endorsements and correspondence,among others;
  • 3. Handle Enhance Data Tracking Management System (EDTMS), encodes incoming and outgoing documents received by the Office;
  • 4. Maintain and keeps records related to office functions and service; 5. Answer and make phone calls; 6. Interviews and screen person seeking assistance from the Head of Office;
  • and 7. Perform other related tasks that shall be assigned from time to time. JOB OUTPUTS 1. Letters, Memoranda 2. Enhance Data Tracking Management System 3.

    Organized files / records on EDTMS 4. Other reports as may be required Applicants should be guided by the following Criteria for Evaluation : Education (E) 15% Training (T) 15% Experience (E) 20% Interview 25% Initial Qualifying Test 30% Technical Exam 25% Total 100% The shortlisted applicants shall be determined based only on the top five (5) highest rating of their total ETE score.
