Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities.
  • Create branded advertising campaigns, coordinating marketing and community events, assisting with the development, execution, and monitoring of email, digital, social media, and content marketing campaigns, creating original content and conducting market research.
  • Setup tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
  • Provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends
  • Supporting the efforts of the marketing team to carry out marketing campaigns. Researching market trends and compiling reports about consumer needs, creating marketing campaign content like graphics, blog posts, or social media posts, and assisting in executing marketing events for a corporation.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s brand strategy
  • Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or any related field.
  • One to two years of experience in content management, creative writing, advertising concepts, and media negotiations or in any related field.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
  • Skills and Qualifications

  • Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior.
  • Creative mind with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format.
  • Can work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Solid organizational skills and detail-oriented.
  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies.
  • Good computer skills for generating reports, viewing marketing metrics, extracting data, and sharing this information with other team members in project updates.
  • Working knowledge of basic computer applications, programs, and features is a must with experience in web page development or graphic design being very helpful.

  • Experience with research using data analytics software.
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Willingness to work extended hours to ensure that projects are completed, as needed.
  • Must be willing to work onsite.
