An opportunity exists for a seasoned Business Development expert to be part of the foundation team to lead the next phase growth of this promising global company.
This is a new type of business development role, welcome to the true modern global salesperson.
As a Senior Business Development Executive, you are part of a global business development team that will sell to all of the global markets Groworx will operate in.
While initially in Australia and New Zealand, this role will sell into other Geoâs as we open new offices in those geos.
You will be based in the Philippines and leverage social selling and video first, technologies to identify, engage and sell to tier 1 and tier 2 enterprise and comercial customers.
You will also spend regular time in short sprints in Australia / NZ to meet your clients and prospects face to face and attending industry events.
Your exceptional communication and relationship development skills, honed through direct selling of complex IT and software services to entperise customers in the Philippines or in other countries, will allow you to take your career to the next level.
Responsible for finding and closing B2B prospects that would subscribe to GroWorxâ range of services to its intended audience such as enterprise businesses.
This includes identifying, researching, creating connections, and nurturing prospect relationships. You will use various CRM tools to ensure that all actions pertaining to leads are all recorded in a central platform.
You will also be tasked to do Social Selling using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and learn other tools that can contribute to the growth and efficiency of GroWorx.
You will be a key member of a growing team focused on ensuring a consistent revenue stream for the company.
