Job Title : Doc Design Quality AdministratorThe Document Design Quality Administrator is responsible for the review of implemented product or service prior to the release to internal or external customer.

Review of data integrity, complete content, design accuracy, and appropriate template. The Quality Administrator is a critical contributor to the implementation team and coordinates directly with leadership to improve work product.

They offer feedback to implementation team to ensure accuracy and assist with providing an expert product to clients. This individual has an expert level understanding of all consuls required to implement the product, can educate and mentor new team members, and is responsible forPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESResponsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following : Coordinate resolution for quality concerns detected to ensure successful implementationDrive continuous improvement of processes to ensure exceptional quality and customer experienceReport quality review results to management and update tracking tools as appropriateAssists with updates to QA Checklist to ensure thorough review prior to releaseContribute to product and process improvements and refinement of QA best practicesPrepare and deliver quality metric reportsProvide recommendations or alternatives that address existing and potential areas of improvement for individualsAbility to coach team members when necessary and retrain where applicable.

Can lead QA team meetings, if applicable, to share feedback with team members.Identify consistent errors by team to review and identify opportunities for correctionContinue to drive process improvement to optimize time and revenueCommunicate to team members in a professional and respectful manneranalyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system, and drive changesEnsure deadlines are meet to activate product.

Ability to implement product when neededREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIESBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Marketing or equivalent work experience preferredExcellent analytical abilities to grasp the key points from complicated detailsAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and ExcelMust be able to effectively communicate with external customers and internal business partnersStrong organizational & time-

management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasksAbility to collaborate effectively with team membersA results oriented individual who thrives working in a fast paced environmentExcellent English oral and written communication skillsAbility to provide solid customer serviceAbility to work extended hours as needed to ensure deliverables are metFamiliarity with RealPage products, SharePoint and SalesForce.com a plus#LI-MV1
