TO QUALIFY :

Preferably with a Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree

With excellent English communication skills

With typing speed of at least 30 wpm

Willing to work in BAGUIO CITY

Accepting Senior High School or High School graduates with at least 1-year call center experience

Accepting 2 years in college with at least 6 months of call center experience

Good to excellent verbal and written communication skills

Must have basic troubleshooting knowledge or experience

Ability to work in a non-scripted environment

Proficient in MS Office and Internet browsing

Amenable to work in shifting schedule, weekends and holidays
