Responsibilities
Market Skills and Certifications
Completed 2 years of college education without back subjects
At least 2 years of customer service experience in a contact center environment
At least 1 year of experience supporting a financial campaign
Preferably with experience in investment banking (e.g. retirement services, 401K, securities, trades, and brokerage, etc.)
Above average language proficiency level is expected
Amenable to work in shifting schedules
Amenable to work in McKinley Hill, Taguig City
