What will you do?

  • Provide professional end-user support via telephone, email, or web
  • Able to resolve account specific technical, customer, end-user issues
  • Must correctly track incidents and calls, including but not limited to entering data into the database timely and accurately
  • What do you need to succeed?

  • Candidate must possess at least a 2-year Vocational Diploma / 2-year Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's / College Degree, any field
  • Must be fluent or near-native in English and German
  • One (1) year of IT ServiceDesk / Helpdesk experience, preferred
  • With IT knowledge and Customer Service skills
  • Must be willing to work in Pasay
