Job Description

  • Provides general administrative support
  • Prepares correspondences and memos
  • Handles request and inventory of supplies
  • Coordinates with suppliers
  • Maintains an efficient filing and records system
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of any four year business course
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Team player
  • Resourceful and has initiative
  • Highly organized and can do multi tasking
  • Preferable with six months experience in admin / clerical works
  • Can start ASAP
