Chevron is accepting online applications for the Contracts Administratorposition through Oct 30, 2020 at 11 : 59 p.m. PH Time.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to :

  • Ensure compliance with the Finished Lubricants Sales Contract Policy.
  • Ensure all contract approvals satisfy the appropriate Chevron Global Lubricants (CGL) Table of Commitment Authority (TOCA), Delegation of Authority (DOA), and the Contract Policy Authorization Matrix.
  • Ensure proper documentation of business decisions relating to commercial terms and exceptions to contract terms, along with approvals from all necessary stakeholders (legal, tax, credit, applicable business unit, etc) are obtained and kept with the master contract.
  • Review contract requests to ensure they include all of the key information necessary to draft the agreement (e.g. customer name, contact information, key commercial terms, etc.
  • along with all supplemental information necessary, such as exhibits, financials, schedules, maps, etc.

  • Work closely with various stakeholders.
  • Engage the Field Lubricants Sales Representative (FLSR) to draft a request for review and guidance from the Law Department's contracts group.
  • Coordinate with the Legal Analyst to modify and negotiate appropriate agreements
  • Ensure Credit Department has reviewed and approved customers.
  • Maintainthe integrity and record keeping of all CGL contracts.
  • Perform accurate tracking of the contract from date first requested to date executed by the customer and Chevron, utilizing the available tracking software database.
  • Track and maintain all executed contracts using the available tracking software database, provide advance notice of expiring contracts andensure that customers without current supply agreements are restricted from placing orders until such time as an agreement is executed.
  • Ensure the tracking system used to maintain these contracts will meet or exceed the audit requirements of Policy 500.
  • Ensure retention of contracts following the guidelines as set in the Finished Lubricants Sales Contract Policy.
  • Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience
  • Can work with minimal supervision
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Keen on details
  • Can multi-task and work independently
  • Team player
  • Open to night shift and / or shifting schedule
  • Relocation Options :

    Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.

    International Considerations :

    Expatriate assignments will not be considered.
