10. Other perks and benefits from day one Job Summary : We are looking for Intermediate & Senior Accountants With a minimum of 3 years Australian experience.

Successfully applicants will be responsible for the preparation of Management Accounts, Financial Statements and Tax Returns, as well as end-to-end general accounting & bookkeeping tasks.

An integral part of this role's responsibility is management reporting, including preparation of tax forecasts, budgets, cash flow forecasts, break-even analysis and financial KPI reporting.

To do this role properly, you should have a solid understanding of Australian taxation and other relevant legislation and rulings.


Applicants must have :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting,Taxation, Finance, or any relevant field
  • A Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Australian accounting and tax for Intermediates; 5+ years for Seniors
  • Demonstrable knowledge of preparing financial statements for companies, trusts, individuals, and partnerships
  • Demonstrable Australian experience in a minimum of one or more of the following software : Xero, Xero Practice Manager, Xero Tax, MYOB, MYOB AE, Reckon, Handisoft, Handitax. QBO
  • Preferred :

  • Sound technical knowledge, has willingness to learn; responsible, reliable, flexible
  • Excellent conversational English (verbal and written)
  • Outgoing forward personality
  • High cognitive abilities, ability to learn fast on your feet
  • Self motivated and able to hit the ground running
  • Demonstrable skills :

  • Has proactive approach to business and technology
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highest standard of ethics, confidentiality and professionalism
