Job Summary : The incumbent is required to be the face of HR for the allocated Service Line for all new resource requirements.

He / she would be taking care of one or more Service Lines. It is a recruitment role where incumbent is expected to take ownership to execute various hiring mandates.

This entails developing strong business relationships with business and developing, implementing and overseeing the proactive administration of various employee services, all while vigorously promoting diversity.

Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities :

  • Handling lateral Recruitments for one or more Service lines
  • Vendor Management, Invoice Processing & BRET Compliance
  • Handling Recruitment MIS preparation, Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly Dashboards
  • Campus Recruitment
  • Managing the internal referral scheme for his / her SL
  • Job Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's / College Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • At least 6- 8 years post qualification experience in hiring, preferably in IT / KPO industry
  • The incumbent should have experience in cross industry hiring
  • Experience in overall Talent Acquisition activities
  • Proven record in conversions of 100-150 in a year
  • MIS / Vendor Management / Campus recruitment
  • Possesses good communication skills to coordinate, resolve queries of both external and internal customers
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivator , analytical and result oriented to complete task as per timelines
  • Good listener and able to build rapport easily to understand, resolve queries and counsel them as required
  • Possesses People management, Influencing, Problem Solving Skills
  • Good Presentation Skills
  • Willing to take Ownership
  • Excellent MS-Office Skills
