A Day in The Life Typically Includes :
Analyze business requirements and develop business requirement documents for enhancements, configuration changes and new information technology and systems.
Document of test scenarios against the business requirements and conducts QA resting post development activities. Serve as the channel between the customer community, the Engagement Manager, Project Manager and the development team.
What You Will Need :
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field.
Entry-level position typically requiring up to 24 months of prior business analyst experience, engineering or related field.
A strong customer focus and excellent communication / presentation skills.
Proficient problem solving, interviewing and fact finding skills.
Knowledge of PCs / Servers and various software applications.
Use-case modeling and design documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications :
Experience specific to relevant business domain.
Technical knowledge or experience with one or more of the following : web-based business applications, relational databases, and client server architecture
Unified Modeling Language (UML)
