Project and Process Manager-007FLO
The APJ and International Project and Process Manager will drive a cross functional team whose mission is to collectively work on internal process issues as they relate specifically to Order Management and drive them to closure.
This will be done by Root cause analysis to understand the issue; working with the appropriate teams to create the solution;
documenting, communicating and training ; as well as ensuring the correct monitoring is in place to maintain the process change.
The job will require direct interaction with every function within our company and the Project and Process Manager must have a Strong General Business acumen and Business Process knowledge in Supply Chain, Customer Support and Quality Management and Commercial Sales Operation .
Be the Subject Matter expert for the process,systems and tools relating to APJ and International Order management. e.g Dropship process, ERP flows, Supply Chain Management and footprints.
Lead projects for the region (such as EDI enablement, mySE deployment & Post Invoice discounting) to drive automation of OM process
Represents Order Management to Support / lead cross functional efforts to deploy new Programs, Align process & Ensure we maximise our customer satisfaction
Ensure that OM Operations teams are trained on new process developments & deployments
JIRA / Change Management Prioritisation and roll out for the region
Support / Lead the OM stream of ERP / CRM (CPQ, BFS, RCM..), including communication, user-acceptance testing and implementation management
Quality & Audits (KIC,SPS,ISO etc)
Support Operations, Continuous Improvement & Business Analysis teams in achieving targets and objectives through
collaboration with countries & CS&Q team, help drive continuous improvement to Customer Satisfaction.
Coordinate with Supply Chain to drive on time delivery and cross-functional improvements
Coordinate with local Order Management Teams to Ensure :
Global OM KPI alignment & achievement
Consistency of Processes
Support for Regional Efficiency & Customer Satisfaction Projects
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Engineering (Others), Engineering (Industrial),
Business Administration, Logistic / Transportation or equivalent.
Required skill(s) : Minimum Six Sigma Green belt Background, Project Management, Process development background.
Preferred skill(s) : , Project Management Certification, Other Quality Certification.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Assistant Manager /
Managers specializing in Quality Control / Assurance or equivalent. Job role in Sales Management Operations or equivalent.
