We are looking for a City Marketing Manager to join our growing team!
What’s on the menu for you to do :
Assist the Regional Marketing Manager / s for all the Offline Marketing Plans.
Implement system-wide area marketing requirements for promotions and advertising campaigns
Manage and maintain relationships with sponsors and business partners
Conducts short- and long-term planning and management for events and partnership.
Develops and recommend the budget, marketing plans, and objectives and manages within those approved plans quarterly.
Develops creative and innovative plans based on internal capabilities to increase the brand visibility and engage new customers.
Coordinate with agency for on-ground activities
Manage event calendar and campaign reports
Manage internal requests for campaign designs with Regional Team
Producing detailed proposals for events, e.g., timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing, and budgets
Liaising with marketing and PR colleagues to promote the event (if in-house and ticketed)
Performing post-event evaluation; including data entry and analysis and producing reports for campaign partners.
What do you bring to the table?
Graduate of Marketing, Advertising, Creative Multimedia or Communication Arts or any 4-year business course
With 1-4 years Experience in Marketing, Advertising, Promotions, Events management
With offline activation experience and familiarity with ads and promos
Is a local / or grew up or highly familiar in his / her area of responsibility
Possess strong interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills
Service oriented style with professional presentations skills
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
Ability to coordinate with different vendors and partners
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Strong attention-to-detail, self-directed initiative, resourcefulness and drive for innovation
Exceptional time, resource management, and organizational skills
Operational project management skills and experience creating work plans, meeting agendas and other collaboration tools
Strong customer-orientation and proven reputation of collaborative work relationships
Strong influencing and negotiation skills
Ability to prioritize workload and act with appropriate urgency
Demonstrated proactive commitment in evolving events based on feedback and guidance
Effective, independent decision-making ability
Calm appearance under pressure
Readiness to work outside fixed business hours if necessary (e.g. mornings, evenings, and weekends)
Sense of humor and capacity to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
