  • WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE?

    This position is integral to the Finance team and encompasses daily accounting and month-end reporting. This is a hands-on, varied role, where you will have exposure to end-

    to-end accounting processes and will require you to liaise and partner with numerous stakeholders within our organisation.

    Reporting to the Accounting Team Lead.

    WHAT WOULD THE HIRE BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

  • Monitor and register incoming invoices ensuring all details are accurately recorded.
  • Assemble, review and verify invoices and check requests
  • Set up invoices for payment
  • Track expense and process expense report
  • Prepare and process electronic transfer and payments
  • Prepare and perform check runs
  • Post transactions to ledgers and other records
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies, issues and business queries (identify 1st level resolution)
  • Maintain and prepare analysis of Vendor accounts
  • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
  • Prepare month-end account reconciliations of AP ledger and ensuring that any follow-up actions is taken to resolve queries.
  • Assist with month end closing
  • Maintain accurate historical records
  • WHAT IS NEEDED TO QUALIFY?

  • Certified Public Accountant
  • With at least 4-5 years accounts payable or general accounting experience
  • Knowledge of relevant accounting software, Concur being of preference
  • Proficient in data entry and management
  • Preferrably with at least 1-2 years of BPO / Shared service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Drop by 19th Floor, Uptown Tower 2 (Uptown Mall), 11th Drive Bonifacio Global City, Taguig from Monday - Friday, 7AM-3PM
