Our APAC Talent Acquisition Team at Refinitiv has an exciting opportunity for a Social Media Communications Specialist to enhance our talent attraction and community building capabilities.
Generating content and copy writing for Social Media in line with Talent Acquisition objectives
Sharing existing content from corporate channels or newly created content to relevant groups (TA, HR, Hiring Managers, etc)
Leading recruitment channel effectiveness
Managing and negotiating with channel vendors in line with TA strategy
Ensuring TA teams are best utilizing channels where appropriate
Managing licenses of TA channels
Responding to social channel engagements (ex : Glassdoor reviews)
Creating and managing of 'social schedule' for business sectors
Ensuring alignment of tone and voice with the Refinitiv brand voice
Overseeing the activation of recruitment campaigns for business sectors
Liaising with HRBP's and TA Leads to support specific hiring needs and focus
Acting as brand and engagement ambassador to local TA teams
Engaging with TA, HR and Business as a trusted advisor when it comes to digital marketing strategy and social media
Organizing and facilitating events (eg. training, workshops) on best use of social media, profiles and networks
Qualifications and Experience
2 to 4 years work experience in digital marketing
Proficient and savvy on social media platforms
Ability in crafting engaging posts, tweets, blogs, materials to attract candidates
Preferably with Experience in multi-geography attraction campaigns
Vendor management and stakeholder management experience
Experience with optimizing and engaging via social channels like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Glassdoor, Twitter for talent attraction
