ESSENTIAL DUTIES :
Implements and manages recruitment processes and employment programs
Ensures recruiting processes & resources align with current and future workforce needs
Develop effective, economical, and appropriate recruiting methods
Maintains good relationships with external recruitment vendors & discovers new potential channels
Work closely with Global Recruitment Marketing Manager to provide feedback on various lead generation efforts
Manages the ongoing performance of subordinates in their roles
Ensures that project / department milestones / goals are met and adhering to approved budgets
Builds and maintains strong working relationships across the organization and with stakeholders developing trust and partnership
Manage key recruiting metrics on an ongoing basis and make recommended improvements that optimize our processes and organization
Monitor and optimize candidate assessment methods throughout the company
Leverage knowledge of best practices to attract, hire, and retain a diverse workforce
REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor’s degree / equivalent experience in Human Resources or Business
Minimum 5 years of experience managing a Recruiting team within the BPO environment
Proven ability to lead a team of at least 5 members full-cycle recruiting
Effectively enforce Employment Law and HR process compliance
Expand talent pipeline and oversee excellence in service delivery and candidate experience
Proficiency with ATS (SAP preferred) and related hiring and onboarding tools
Proven capability to create an ideal candidate experience & improve the recruitment metrics
Experiencing attracting and hiring talent across all departments - experience working with Go-to-Market (GTM) candidates a plus
WORK ENVIRONMENT & TRAVEL :
This position is always performed indoor and may require flexibility to work at home and onsite. Onsite work is performed in a professional call center office with a few feet space separating co-workers.
Work at home requires a private space free from background noise or distractions. This may require 30% travel locally or internationally based on the business need.
POSITION TYPE & EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK :
This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 40 hours weekly. You must live / be willing to commute into our office in Mandaluyong, Cebu, or Indore and requires flexibility to work US work hours due to supporting US based clients and reporting to US-based business leaders.
