    The Corporate Helpdesk Engineers are fully responsible for handling incoming / outgoing calls and emails of our Enterprise (Corporate & Government) customers assisting / helping them with their service difficulties with our products and services.

    High level responsibilities include :

  • Monitor, optimize network performance, and provide user support
  • Provide first level contact and convey network resolutions to corporate customer issues
  • Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
  • Track, route, and redirect problems to correct resources
  • Walk customers through problem solving process
  • Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customer’s expectations
  • Make informed decisions about a wide range of complex business and technical issues.
  • Job Qualifications :

  • A Bachelor’s / College Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant discipline. 2021 / 2022 College Graduates are encouraged to apply as well.
  • Experience in troubleshooting / supporting enterprise networking services & products
  • General understanding of network LAN, WAN, and VoIP (CISCO knowledge is preferred but not a necessity)
  • Active interest in learning and maintaining technical skills & knowledge
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work within the team
