A Day in the Life

Analyst or HR Shared Service Spec

Key responsibilities

  • Provides centralized human resource administration and support across a variety of processes and programs including Global Rewards, Global Talent & Leadership Development, Global HR Operations, Workday Solutions, Employee Relations and IT.
  • Collaborates across the global Human Resources function to establish operational standards and procedures that are leveraged to respond to employee and manager questions, ensures transactions are processed accurately and human resource programs and processes are administered effectively and efficiently.
  • Makes adjustments or recommends enhancements in systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of job area.
  • Established and productive individual contributor : Works independently with general supervision on larger, moderately complex projects / assignments.
  • Sets objectives for own job area to meet the objectives of projects and assignments.

  • Delivers and / or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results : Contributes to the completion of project milestones.
  • May have some involvement in cross functional assignments.

  • May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower level professionals.
  • Communicates frequently and effectively with internal contacts Contacts others to share information, status, needs and issues in order to inform, gain input and support decision-making.
  • Must Have : Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience
  • Nice to Have

  • 2+ years of experience in at least one of the following areas : Human Resources, Operational or Customer Service Call center
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
