Senior Financial Accountant - Tax (ME)(Job Number : AGD0113O)Primary Location : PH-PH-MakatiDescriptionReviews daily bank reconciliation, weekly bank summary and liquidity report, and weekly cashflow report;
Ensures proper monitoring, reconciliation, and accounting of Fixed Assets suspense account;Reviews relevant journals via manual AP web ADI or AP workbench for the approved manual project intercompany invoices;
Ensures that all relevant journals, both sub-ledger and general ledger, are posted in the system;Reviews journal entry / ies for monthly Intercompany settlement and performs invoice allocation thereafter;
Reviews month-end journals : prepayments amortization, accrual, FX revaluation, cost re-allocation, manual reclassification, OH adjustments, tax provision, income offset, among others;
Reviews balance sheet reconciliation reports and ensures that relevant schedules and analysis are available monthly;Responsible for period-
end close procedures : Inventory, Purchasing, Payables, Receivables, Treasury, Fixed Assets, Projects, and General Ledger;
Reviews post month-end reports;Reviews process documentation and flowcharts;Supervises monthly and quarterly SAP BPC reporting IC reconciliation, Financial Package, and TreasuryEnsures that audit requirements during interim and year-
end financial audit are being provided and managed timely;Assists in the preparation of draft statutory reports;Liaises with Team Leader and Associate Manager to improve financial proceduresComplies with company system;
Recommends areas for standardization and process improvement;Performs such other accounting related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications Bachelor's / College Degree, major in Accountancy, CPA is required;5 to 6 years of relevant working experience in tax compliance, preparation and review of financial statements, accounts analysis, budget development, accounts payable, treasury and risk management, inventory, fixed assets, and audit;
Thorough knowledge of basic accounting proceduresExposure in Shared service or Multinational environment is an advantage;
Experience with ERP Systems is preferred;Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, and Word) is required;Strong analytical and problem-
solving skills;Results oriented;Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout Company organization;
