Johnson & Johnson Global Services Finance is recruiting for a Director position leading the Global Transformation of the Account to Report Process Organization in support of the Finance SigniFi initiative based in Manila.

Johnson & Johnson Global Services Finance provides ATR, ITC and Payroll services for Johnson & Johnson companies across the region from the Manila and Suzhou regional hubs and local LGS.

This role is responsible and accountable for the overall leadership, strategy and direction of GS Finance SigniFi implementation, deployment and support for the newly formed Global Account to Report Organization.

This role will lead a GS team with an enterprise mindset to drive the design, transformation, deployment training and transition as part of the Program agenda across the multi-year release horizon in close partnership with global and regional partners and stakeholders.

This role will collaborate closely with the Global AtR Operational Sr Directors, Directors and the VP Global AtR. This role will be expected to directly collaborate with senior global and regional stakeholders and process owners while driving the SigniFi agenda for GS Finance Global AtR and enhancing the regional GSF Strategy and Operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support Strategy & Design lead in identification and development of end state strategies and scenarios. Lead strategic shaping and oversee multiple workstreams / project teams including operations, GS and SigniFi teams.
  • Represent Global AtR ops in org design stand up to translate assumptions to detailed design
  • Lead across operations team to provide input into AtR process strategies
  • Partner with GPL operations to establish AtR strategies and approaches to identify, evaluate, and drive process standardization to maximize efficiency and outcomes of deployments
  • Lead AtR ops input into process standardization approaches, intake process, and roles. Ensure strong linkage between ops metrics / value realization into overall outcomes
  • Drive and build strong CI partnership
  • Represent GS in partnership with GPL on Global AtR Tech & Process projects (CFIN, CCER, EPM) and proactively identify and communicate GS impact / interdependencies and drive appropriate deployment, change & training strategies
  • Represent Global AtR operations in governance / tollgate for T&P deployment
  • Lead development / validation of GS value realization pathway aligned with project assumptions / outcomes
  • Own global AtR operations input and shaping of roadmap process to ensure integrated planning for T&P deployment in conjunction with other initiatives
  • Lead the GS Finance transition to an AtR Global Process Organization
  • Support on-going SLA attainment within Region amidst transition
  • Manage / develop central GSF team direct and indirect resources for project / operational delivery
  • Have a keen focus on AtR Process and Technology
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications

    Education / requirements :

  • A minimum of a Bachelor level degree is required, preferably in accounting or finance
  • A minimum of 15 years of professional experience is required
  • MBA, CPA, CMA, and / or other financial certifications is preferred
  • Experience and Skills :

    Required :

  • Strong leadership experience at least 3 years in a Global Shared Service Operations of a multinational corporation or BPO
  • Significant experience driving large, complex projects to a successful completion as well as ability to work in a Global environment
  • Ability to lead a large organization through change while maintaining day-to-day operations
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with employees, colleagues, leaders and stakeholders at all levels with a proven record of influencing outcomes remotely
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and fluid situations, demonstrating a pragmatic approach. Strong ability to lead and manage through change.
  • Successfully manage multiple priorities and be very organized
  • Develop and maintain a high-performing team with the ability to lead in a matrixed environment
  • Strong ability to mentor and delegate as appropriate
  • Ability to champion new ideas, concepts and technologies and obtain buy-in from executive leadership and peers
  • Location in Manila

  • Track record of driving business results through inspirational leadership, empowering people to act with speed, agility and accountability to deliver against the organizational goals
  • Strong understanding of current best practices in Accounting and Financial Systems, including SAP
