The goal of the Onsite Team Leader is to monitor the day to day onsite operations and to ensure team’s compliance to achieve 100% quality of work and target productivity. Responsibilities :
Customers Ensures the timely reporting of checkers onsiteOversees the operational compliance of the team based on the standard operating procedures (SOPs)Monitors the timely pick-up and dispatch of packagesEnsures the packages accepted are properly packed according to transport packaging standardsFiles and safekeeps all the processing documentsMakes operational adjustments as necessarySends the required reports in a timely mannerImprove the procedures and service quality of serviceAny other operational activities required by the principal
Operational Organization Generates and sends the required reports in a timely mannerEvaluates the performance of subordinatesImplements cost saving measures and operational efficiency processesProvides solution to challenges encountered
Familiarity with Courier, Express delivery operations
With good communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced team-based environment
Knowledgeable in basic computer applications such as word, excel and powerpoint
People development skills to motivate and empower all people to achieve their maximum potential
Leadership skills to attain individual and group goals
