JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
â¢Administer and maintain accounts on the different supported platforms (RACF, AD, LDAP and Unix).
â¢Resolve incidents and give recommendations on identified access related problems.
â¢Utilizing ServiceNow IT to manage and prioritize tickets for access related issues and concerns.
â¢Complete daily and monthly assigned special task necessary for day to day operations.
â¢Create and maintain access related documentation and supported applications.
â¢Provide monthly figures and reports for dashboard.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS :
â¢With four (4) year degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems or related courses
â¢With 2 to 3 years in IT related work experience, preferably in the area of Information Security
â¢With good analytical and problem solving skills
â¢With good verbal and written communication skills
â¢With good interpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with on-site and remote stakeholders
â¢Can perform Levels 1-2 (see AS Task Level Guide for reference) access provisioning / de-provisioning at all platforms (mainframe, windows or unix / database)
