DTN is looking for a Global QA Directorto join ourexpanding engineering team based in Manila.Youwill be part ofthe DTNglobalengineering teamand would responsible for driving our QA and testing strategy and automationacross the world and ensuring thatallour products and features are tested and meet ourhigh-qualitystandards, ensuring that we truly delight our customers.

Your day to day :
Establishing and drivingthe global QA strategy and processes acrossallour product lines and horizontal platform teamsin partnership with the CTO and the other engineering leaders
Manage,mentorand leadthe globalQA team including resources in the US, Europe and Manila
Improve the quality and raise the bar on our QA processes, growing and hiring the appropriate team members to establisha world-class QA organization
Owns budget and capacity planning for the QA department
Creates and drives QA processes and policies
Project planning identifying, scoping, prioritizing, tracking and reporting deliverablesand milestones
Managing risk and issues
Ensures high-quality and timely execution of all testing
What you bring to the team :
Experience deploying and managingcloud-basedsoftware quality automation tools
Proven track record of shipping high-quality enterprise SaaS applications on time
Focus on continuous improvement and measurable outcomes
Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative programming environment
Colleague focused, teamwork driven, and a passion for customer delight
3-5 years of Director level experience, or Manager level in a large company
Experience managing a multi-geographic organization, widely distributed.
Experience going through an acquisition, migrating technologies
Strong understanding and experience in working in an Agile environment, and working across multiple disparate scrum teams
Ideal Candidate :
Very strong backgroundin the latest QAtrends and technologies
Solid experience in managingglobally distributed QA or engineering teams
Works well under pressure and able to negotiateeffectively with senior management, engineering executives and product management to deliver a quality product within a given time frame
Ability to mentor and motivate a large organization
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Positive attitude and demeanor
Enthusiastic when embracing new challenges
Able to multi-task and prioritize (good time-management skills)
A willingness to teach and help others
Ability to travel 25-30%, up to 50% initially
