Responsibilities
Effectively monitor the security and Identity management platforms under your responsibility for improvement opportunities, ensuring they are continuously improved, updated and performs as intended
Ensure coordination and optimization of the solution stack across key users in the business and IT staff
Engage with the Office 365 SME and ActiveDirectory SME for major changes and improvement initiatives in their areas of responsibility
Provide guidance and instructions to other operational staff on developing and maintaining policies and procedures needed to effectively support the security services delivered
Train, coach, mentor, and groom operational staff working on the Microsoft-based security applications
Ensure that all tickets in the SOC Engineering workgroup (ServiceNow) related to Microsoft security platforms are assigned to an Assignee with the relevant competencies
Overall responsibility of Microsoft security-related knowledge articles in IT Service Centre base
Qualifications
BS / MS Degree in IT or similar education
Fluent in English oral and written
Effective critical and problem-solving skills
Minimum of 3 years experience working with Microsoft cloud security platforms
Microsoft certifications- ideally MS-500, SC-200 / SC-300 / SC-400 or AZ-500
Deep experience with some of the below technologies :
Windows operating systems
Azure AD, B2C, ADFS, Federation (OpenID / SAML)
ActiveDirectory and Group policies
Microsoft / Office 365 Security & Compliance
Information Governance / Azure Information Protection / Data loss prevention
Powershell scripting
NET, C#, JavaScript
Windows Security, scripting, group policies, and security hardening principles
Microsoft Defender for Identity
Privileged Access Management (Microsoft PIM / PAM, CyberArk, or other platforms)
Omada Identity Manager
