Cartelux is a global leader in cloud based advertising software. We are seeking a CHRO that will help us manage and recruit talents as we continue our phase of global growth and development.

The main focus of the role is to provide overall strategy, execution, and ownership of all HR functions within the business, including the continued building of the Cartelux employer brand in the Philippines and globally.

About you / Education :

  • Bachelor's degree and / or Masters Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • A minimum of five years of human resource management experience is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Compassionate, respectful & have strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Working experience with an Australian company is an advantage
  • What you do :

  • Partners with the management to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
  • Provides support and guidance to other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.
  • Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the company;
  • Working closely with staff on answering queries on HR, contracts, commissions and salaries;
  • Developing an effective onboarding and offboarding HR process;
  • Continual improvement of office policies and procedures;
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Managing staff contracts, pay slips, leave timetables and sick leaves;
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
