Principal Responsibilities

  • Responsible for processing Regulatory, Better Business Bureau and consumer complaints, including researching and summarizing account notes and inputting information into database.
  • Review NCO account notes and document any perceived misconduct performed by NCO representatives, and prepare and provide summarized information to outside Attorneys in order to respond to consumer complaints filed against NCO.
  • Prepare written responses to consumer complaints.
  • Research and respond to outside Attorney questions.
  • Responsible for meeting compliance deadlines based on Client and regulatory agency requirements.
  • Update account notes information in various record keeping systems.
  • Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all applicable Federal and Local laws and regulations relating to job duties.
  • Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with NCO policies and procedures.
  • Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
  • Make recommendations to implement improved processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Previous work related experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and NCO systems.
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team fostered environment.
  • Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work.
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.
  • Work Environment

  • Office environment.
