Job Description

As a Financial Planning Analyst, you will be helping the Agency’s Leadership develop sensible budget by leading the preparation of the staff cost budget, developing staff rate cards, determining and creating profitability reports and looking after the effectiveness and efficiency of the Agency’s Project and Resource Management system.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead in the development of the staff cost budget based on sound assumptions and ensure its timely delivery and related reports to stakeholders
  • Lead in the development of staff rate cards and collaborate closely with the Commercial Finance lead and CFO to ensure rate cards are optimized for profitability.
  • Lead the development and enhancement of budget and rate card templates to improve efficiency and minimize errors.
  • Lead in the administration of the Agency’s Project and Resource Management system to ensure it captures accurate operational data to generate meaningful insights on utilization, profitability, etc.
  • that will enable the Agency leadership team make the best business decisions.
  • Assist the team in other works related to Financial Planning and Commercial Finance to help drive team and departmental success.
  • Required Skills

  • Accounting / Management Accounting
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly analytical
  • Required Experience

  • minimum 2-3 years experience in any accounting-related function
