Develop SharePoint solutions to streamline business workflows as per the requirements outlined in technical design
Utilize RPA coding / Alteryx platform to automate portal extractions, system enhancements & other automations
Determines business requirements and recommend solutions
Develop test cases and test and ensure packs code meets standards and Coordinates testing of new systems & system modifications
Prepares training materials, and provides training to partners on systems & process change
Work with the Product Owner and BSR team on a daily basis to ensure that the business outcomes are being defined and met in a timely manner
Present ideas to the product team for new capabilities
Thrive in a highly variable, fast paced environment with changing priorities and tasks
Communicate status (written & verbal) to project team and management
Collaborate with external vendors, senior staff and management on delivering priorities as required for the project
Knowledge / Skills :
Excellent written & oral communication skills
Knowledge of financial industry / accounting / system capabilities / mainframe applications
Technical skills / system knowledge (SharePoint, RPA, ALteryx etc) is required
Strong interest in working with business / project teams to deliver sustainable solutions
Knowledge of MS Office
Experience :
Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree preferably in a related field
Experience Required
2+ years related work experience in financial industry operations or systems
Working knowledge of SharePoint, Python, Blue Prism & other VBA automation projects is highly preferred
Flexible to work in NA shift
