The HR Compensation and Benefits Planning Manager is responsible for the design and implementation of country compensation programs of moderate complexity and scale for the different workforces, ensuring consistency of programs across workforces in line with global guidelines, testing designs to validate applicability to local market situations, and providing guidance and direction on the implementation of country compensation programs.
S / He will develop and maintain relationships with contacts from external compensation consultants as well as executives from internal groups, serves as primary country compensation advisor, resolves compensation design and implementation issues, and sets near term goals for the country’s compensation programs.
