WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Organizational Development Specialist is responsible for executing and supporting global company-wide initiatives and programs which include Performance Management, Talent Management and Succession Planning, Competency Management and Career Development.
Reporting to the Sr Manager, Organizational Development and Culture, this role will be critical in creating scalable and practical frameworks for organizational development efforts.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Oversees goal setting and performance management process in UKG system acting as project lead, partnering with the HRIS team on system updates, facilitating training, drafting communication, and generating reporting for HRBPs, leadership and HR management.
Helps design, support and execute overall succession and talent management process including development planning and partnering with Talent Acquisition to strategically fill open internal opportunities.
Assists with the development and selection of competencies for the company. Partners with HR team members to incorporate competencies into various programs.
Aids in identifying areas of improvement across the organization and creates action plans.
Champions a culture of learning and development and assists with Career Development programs and initiatives, leading development efforts for individual contributors.
Develops and maintains partnerships across the HR and overall RealPage teams.
Participates in HR Projects and organization wide projects as needed.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES
Bachelor's degree in Adult Education, Human Resources, Business, Organizational Design, or related field required.
Master’s degree in Adult Education, Human Resources, Business, Organizational Design, or related field required preferred.
5+ years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or strong Human Resources Business Partner experience with exposure to organizational talent development
PHR or SPHR preferred.
Experience with performance management design, tracking reporting and support
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation and facilitation skills at all levels in an organization
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential matters.
Must be proactive, self-motivated, and demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects, changing priorities and directions.
