  • Attends to the daily concerns of residents and ensures that proper action is always given
  • Meet residents' needs, offer options, resolves problems and gives feedback to residents
  • Ensures full customer satisfaction.
  • Performs follow-up and monitors completion of all maintenance service requests.
  • Assists residents in making arrangements for various services, may it be inside or outside the property
  • Organizes and coordinates all special / social event for residents

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree , Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of working experience in front reception in a hotel / property but open to Fresh graduates.
  • Has good written and oral communciation
  • Has good leadership skills
  • Willing to be assigned in Nuvali area.
