For our newly formed Shared Service Center organisation we are looking for an experienced Team Lead to build the HR Tower for the APAC region.
During the startup phase he / she will be leading sub-streams to migrate processes and know-how from customer countries to the shared service center.
He / she will lead the team responsible for managing backend processes around recruiting, performance management, salary cycle and succession planning.
Leads substream within transfer projects to migrate HR processes and HR know-how from customer countries to shared service center.
Processes focused on recruiting, performance management, succession planning
Builds and leads the Shared Services team based in Alabang, Manila. Ensures that the right people are available with the right capabilities and skills, manages priorities and handles escalation.
Drives engagement of team.
Manages an HR shared services team to execute and run backend processes around recruiting, performance management, salary cycle and succession planning.
Ensures the team adheres to the data quality standards and delivers against defined SLAs.
Drives change management process across business functions and teams.
Leads / participates in projects and initiatives across multiple functional areas and regions
Support the business with required procedures, submit incidents and change requests when needed
Assists business process experts in defining standard operating procedures, process flows and related documentation
Is responsible to coordinate and foster the continuous improvement of processes and systems.
At least 2-3 years of leading teams in an HR services / shared services environment with focus on recruiting, performance management, salary cycle and / or succession planning.
5 years working experience in the area of recruiting, performance management, salary cycle and succession planning.
Shared Service Center experience
Has done at least 1-2 transition projects migrating HR processes from customer country to shared service center.
Specific knowledge around SAP HCM, SuccessFactors (Talent module), Taleo
Able to understand and investigate topics related to multiple business areas
Analytically minded and methodical problem solver
Very good interpersonal skills with excellent customer service and can do mentality, while also able to uphold governance on SOPs and data compliance
Process orientation and user satisfaction attitude
Able to efficiently prioritize work and timely inform stakeholders on the progress
Experience working within a multi-cultural environment
Strong written and communication skills in English language. Japanese and / or Mandarin would be a plus
Strong Microsoft Office suite skills, especially proficiency in Excel
