The primary focus of this position is to be responsible for data integrity for the Recruiting function. This individual serves as a technical point-
of-contact for team members, ensuring data integrity, testing and support of system changes, report writing and analyzing data for process improvement opportunities and the design and delivery of Recruitment metrics.
The HR Operations Analyst may also support documentation of the system, system-related training, and work with system admin on future implementations as assigned.
Provides support for Recruitment such as but not limited to, facilitation and resolution of system errors, clarification on process flaws, validation of candidate's data in the system prior hiring, and monitors escalated concerns.
Ensures compliance with applicable Federal and State employment laws and regulations to include EEO, AAP, ACA, OSHA, Workers Compensation, FLSA, and FLMA, etc.
Assists in the support and system improvement of recuitment portal; Collaborates with third party vendor and HR team members to coordinate application of upgrade or fix and maintain the recruitment system tables.
Document processes and results and look for continuous improvement to make Recruiting transactions and reporting streamlined and workflow enabled.
Ensures that all HR related records : EPIA, personnel, I-9, benefit, workers’ compensation, EEOC, etc. are complete and submitted to HR for 201 file reference.
Supports the short and long term transition plans for the Recruiting team operational systems, tools and processes across the organization which support the overall Recruiting execution and delivery.
Writes, maintains, generates and supports variety of reports utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assists in development of standard reports for ongoing business needs.
Assists in maintaining data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data; perform regular data integrity audits.
Manages and monitors Contractors' status and closely coordinates with the requisitioining unit, IT, and other units on system security access at the onset of deployment / assignment up to end of contract.
Assists in gathering data for internal audits and fully utilize advance reporting, auto-scheduling, and dashboard reporting capabilities.
Minimum of five years’ experience working with HR.
Minimum of three years’ experience with HRIS.
Minimum of three years’ experience with MS Excel.
Strong understanding of HR processes and data.
Knowledge of automated and integrated human resource information systems.
Experience in information systems applications, designs and computer platforms (i.e. relational databases, report writing, word-
processing, spreadsheets, presentation applications, etc.).
Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills.
Hands-on configuration experience in Human Capital Management modules.
Strong analytical and listening skills required to understand, review, analyze and recommend changes to existing processes.
Ability to understand complex processes and simplify / streamline processes.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required to ensure data integrity, manage multiple and competing deadlines and ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and guidelines.
Ability to think creatively to resolve challenges and develop solutions.
Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and develop working relationships with HR staff, staff from other SolarWinds divisions as well as vendors.
Ability to lead and develop effective training and evaluation sessions for all levels of users
