Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Support Specialist for our client who is based in Australia catering to the healthcare workforce.

You will be working within Marketing, Communications and Customer Success teams, and supporting the CEO / Founder as required.

They are a team of highly self-motivated and driven that share a passion for technology and shaping the future of healthcare service delivery in Australia.

With this multi-faceted role, you will have the opportunity to grow into your role, build your experience and learn new skills in marketing of this new cool tech solution in healthcare recruitment.

This is a day-shift, office-based-role in Cebu City.

Responsibilities :

  • Own the CRM and automation systems to create communication campaigns, message templates;
  • Build and maintain a database of contacts;
  • Create content for social media posts, image sourcing and blog contents;
  • Plan and implement SEO strategies; and
  • Conduct competitor analysis, index and benchmarking.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor / College degree in Marketing or any related course is preferred;
  • Ideally has worked 3 years or more in the same field / background;
  • Experience or familiar with Zapier, Trello, Canva, ZenDesk, LiveChat, Google Apps, Wordpress;
  • Proficiency and exposure to Ontraport is preferred but not essential;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Content Writing and copywriting experience;
  • Knowledgeable in Marketing automation systems
  • Creative, a self starter and proactive; and
  • Flexible and adaptability to work with the team.
