Description de poste :

Product Management & Pricing Analyst shall assist in executing research, conducting user needs and competitive analyses, and providing support for other product management initiatives.

He / She shall capture and develop specifications for product requirements. He / She shall coordinate activities with internal departments, prepare standard reports on market and business performance.

  • Minimum 1 year of prior working experience (insurance or non-insurance related industry), preferably with Marketing or Communication Research experience.
  • Responsibilities (heading) / Responsabilités (titre) I. Product Research and Analysis

    Assists the Product Management and Strategy Specialist in producing extensive research related to products and will be responsible for the following activities :

    1) Prepare the following management reports :

  • Monthly Competitor Analysis Report which analyzes the top products of our competitors vs. our products
  • Monthly Industry updates such as new product launches and other activities of competitors
  • Other reports as may be assigned
  • 2) Gather competitor information (i.e. proposals, product collaterals, etc.) and latest news / trends in the market as soon as possible, and provide such information on a timely and regular reporting basis.

    3) Coordinate with Sales for Focus Group Discussions to test product ideas. Coordinate also with Purchasing and other departments for logistics and other FGD preparations (i.

    e. airline tickets, venue, tokens, check payment, etc.)

    II. Product Positioning and Communications

    Assists the Product Management and Strategy Specialist in overseeing the launch and marketing of products to all distribution channels and customers and will be responsible for the following activities :

  • Assist in developing marketing plans and promotion activities for new products launches as well as develop other product-
  • related initiatives and campaigns (e.g. Competitive Intelligence Awards, etc.)

  • Assist in copywriting of product collaterals and creative writing of product advertorials
  • Coordinate with Sales Support in managing product-based promos and activities including development of sales tools
  • Participate in the UAT of the Proposal Systems in terms of the content, look and design in accordance to the approved Business Requirements
  • Prepare monthly Fund Performance Reports (VUL Fund Fact Sheets)
  • III. Perform other related duties as may be assigned by the immediate superiors.
