The Market Development Head will work closely with various departments in preparing presentations and collaterals, participate in client forums, and other activities to support the sales initiatives of various distribution channels.
This position will primarily support the Chief Market Development Officer in creating and providing distribution channel education and developing large institutional client relationships.
With this, he / she is expected to have the competence to gather and analyze complex economic and market data and convert these into presentationmaterials for advisers and clients.
He / she will also be expected to represent the Chief Market Development Officer in forums and meetings.
The ideal candidate must have at least 10 to 15 years of experience in a financial services or related industry with increasingly responsible roles and must have the ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with senior stakeholders, executives and high net worth clients.
Extensive experience in financial markets specifically in capital markets and regulatory issues and knowledge of life insurance, mutual funds, and group products.
College graduate preferably a CFA, a Registered Financial Planner, or has passed the Trust Officers Program, or any other equivalent certification programs
Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills as well as excellent comprehension skills in understanding and interpreting financial markets, industry data, and economic trends.
Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as strong formal presentation skills.
Has the ability to think creatively and identify innovative solutions and enthusiastic in the use of digital technology
