  • Lead ASM, direct reports to achieve agreed monthly / quarterly quotas across all lines of business -Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly feedback of division’s performance against goals, KPIs and objectives-Own key stakeholder relationship’s in program partners organisations-Provide regular updates on activity by direct reports in their market, as well as providing valuable market intelligence to the country manager and Apple Account Managers-Have ongoing development plan for direct reports within their team.
