With the exception of COVID protocol restrictions, applicants MUST be able to commute to San Luis, Pampanga and work in-office.
FUNCTIONS / DESCRIPTION
3-month probationary period.
Tasks that require complex analysis and attention to detail. These include, but are not limited to :
PDF and QR attachments
Mobile ticket transfers
Email interactions with client’s customers and secondary marketplaces
Advanced Excel & Google sheet management
Mapping issue resolution (discrepancy identification)
Ticket purchases based on parameters
Advanced inbound and / or outbound voice interaction with client’s customers and secondary marketplaces, as needed
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES :
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field; or related professional experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 1 year of corporate / office work experience in any field.
6+ months of experience with voice based BPO and / or 1+ years of experience with other BPO jobs.
English Language - Solid knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
Reading Comprehension - Understanding of written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.
Active Listening - Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, and asking questions as appropriate.
Speaking - Ability to talk with others to convey information effectively.
Proficiency in Gmail / Google Workspace applications, especially Google Sheets.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
