Conduct Onboarding Calls with new customers who have signed up for a trialBuild relationships with customers, walk them through their Juni account, answer any questions and upsell customers Gather and track feedback from onboarding calls on how new families found Juni and chose to sign up Send follow up emails, update CRM, slack instructors / onboarding team as needed, fill out forms to track insights and upsells
Conduct Advisor calls with new and existing customers who have signed up to talk about their child’s progress or current programsUnderstand customer’s needs, answer any of their questions, and also upsell customers in the advisor calls Gather feedback from advisor calls depending on tests the Marketing team is doing Send follow up emails, update CRM, create onboarding tickets for upsells and fill out forms to track upsells
Conduct Admissions callsCall, text, and email leads that have requested info / provided contact details Answer incoming calls for potential and existing customers Call parents who have churned for financial / other reasons to win them back Meet weekly upsell & new parent targets
Serve as a counselor and trusted expert in the field who partners with parents and students to help them succeed
Three (3) years of work experience in sales / client services role (phone and email outreach) working with SaaS, education, or consumer products.
Microsoft Office and Web experience preferred
Provide prompt and professional client service at all times
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; organized and detail-oriented.
Self-driven to manage your own work and results with high standards.
Openness to change, and quick to adapt to new systems.
Willing to work on a Night Shift Schedule on a temporary Work from Home Setup until further notice.
