Graduate of any 4-year course preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent
Experienced in working with structured project management methodologies and quality systems and within a culture of continuous improvement.
Exposure in the business process outsourcing industry or shared services.
Familiar with HR Processes such as Timekeeping, Payroll and Benefits Administration.
Familiar with Finance and Accounting Processes such as but not limited to Bookkeeping, Accounts Receivables and Payables, etc.
At least 3 years project management experience, preferably in transitions of work scope and resources across multiple departments.
