About the job
Our Customer Care Representatives are responsible for delivering a high level of courteous and efficient customer service in response to customer enquiries across multiple contact channels.
You will be resilience and adaptable and have a natural passion for making people happy. You will be supported every day by a strong support network of Team Leaders and Trainers.
Being the first point of contact for our customers.
Providing general support and building engaging relationships on each and every customer call or interaction.
Actively offer all HelloFresh products and benefits to our customers on all interactions in line with current demands.
Investigating and resolving customer complaints and feedback.
Work towards the Customer Care team KPI’s and targets set by the management team.
Report and document any kinds of issues to the responsible departments.
Actively suggest ways to improve internal procedures and processes.
Run internal projects
Make every effort to support and positively reflect the HelloFresh brand to others
Being an expert regarding company policies, tools and systems
Who we are looking for
Ideally first experiences in Customer Service
Demonstrating confidence while using all different channels (Phone, Email, Chat, Facebook Direct Messenger)
Strong Customer Service attitude always keeping the customer in mind
Communicate to our customers in a highly positive manner
Reliability, friendliness, listening skills, self-organising skills, Teamplayer
