Job Summary

Main functitons and duties :

1. Communications training for near-hire applicants

  • Coordinates with Recruitment Team and generates a list of near-hire applicants / trainees to be endorsed for Communications Training
  • Conducts and facilitates a 1-week training program to enhance the use of the English language for both verbal and written communication for near-hire applicants
  • 2. Functioning training room conducive for learning

  • Reserves a training room with functioning training equipments such as computer / s and projector
  • 3. List of successful trainees

  • Administers Typing test, E-Test and Verbal Exams to near-hire trainees
  • Comes up with a list of trainers who have passed the training.
  • Area of expertise (Skills)

  • Graduate of any 4-year course preferably in the areas of communications or English.
  • At least 6 months 1 year work experience in a related field to enable satisfactory performance
  • Other Skills and Experiences (Min)
