Job Description PURPOSE OF POSITION To supervise the various day-to-day activities of the warehouse Medical Device personnel, orders and to act as coordinator for various areas of the warehouse operation.
REPORTS TO Operations Manager SUPERVISES Warehouse Personnel Medical Device DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Picking and Packing Coordinator for various concerns related to picking and packing of stocks.
Oversee production of warehouse personnel related to picking and packing of stocks. Responsible in item and order cancellations and preparation of supporting document as needed.
Responsible in providing various reports related to picking and packing of stocks. Stock Replenishment Responsible in processing batch replenishment to replenish stocks in the picking location.
Ensures observance of FEFO in replenishment of stocks. Ensure that picking location does not have ?out-of-stock? situation in cases where stocks are still available in the bulk location.
Warehousing / Safekeeping Coordinator for various concerns related to warehousing / safekeeping operations. Ensures location transfers and work notes related to stock location transfers and maintaining warehouse locations are carried out correctly according to warehouse SOPs.
Ensures controls are in placed to keep accurate physical inventory vs. system inventory. Administrative Provides overall management and leadership to the outbound team.
Provide timely and accurate reports and data regarding warehouse operations. Monitors and evaluates the performance of team against set targets and KPIs.
Responsible in coordinating with Inventory Group related to inventory transactions and reconciliation. Responsible in updating documentation regarding warehouse operation procedures.
Responsible in maintaining harmonious working relationship among and between warehouse personnel. Reviews, signs / approves request of warehouse supplies, necessary packaging materials needed in his department Invoicing Handles PGI of Medical Device invoices and coordinates with Transport dispatch for the shipment manifest and dispatch.
Quality Management System in Warehouse Operations (For Identified Personnel based on official list maintained by QAC Manager) Considered as member of the QAC Team, (for Warehouse Operations) co-responsible with QAC Manager in the effective implementation and compliance of Warehouse Operations in all applicable RQA Guidelines and MDI SOP?
s to ensure product quality and safety and continuous quality improvement in MDI processes and warehouse operations as a whole.
Others Initiates Inventory count and conduct recon in coordination with IMG on items reported with discrepancies. Assists during physical inventory activities (wall to wall count) and other activities initiated by Management.
Implement 5S in the work area with the team Acts as immediate back up to other warehouse supervisors when the need arises Adhere to Company rules and regulations at work at all times Reports safety violation and potential Hazard in support of the Safety initiatives of the Company.
Performs other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time. Dispatching of stocks to Forwarder.
Analyzing and Routing of Shipments to Forwarders Invoicing and Creation of Shipment Manifest Oversee and ensure proper counting of stocks between guard and the assigned forwarder.
Ensure that proper documents are given to and signatories secured from forwarder. Ensure that the stocks are properly sealed and labeled.
EDUCATION REQUIRED BS degree holder, preferably business or engineering related course from a reputable college or university.
LOCATION Amenable to work in Manalac Avenue, Taguig City. Office location will transfer to Sta. Rosa Laguna this year (July 2020) EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Minimum of three years experience in warehouse operations KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENT Must have a thorough knowledge of the warehouse operations.
Must have basic understanding of office work particularly the use of computer. Must have a working knowledge about some basic accounting policies and procedures.
Must be able to communicate effectively. Must have initiative and good judgment. Must be approachable and flexible. Must be proactive and good leader.
