CALL CENTER AGENTS
Call Center agents work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. They will work to find new leads through business directories and/or client referrals. They will also be responsible in recommending products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
- Answers telephone calls, interviews clients and verifies information
- Informs customers by explaining procedures; providing information and answering questions
- Determines eligibility by comparing customers information to requirements
- Describes products and services properly and efficiently
- Obtains customer information and possible leads
- Follows up on initial contacts
- Maintains records of telephonic interactions, orders and accounts
Desired Skills and Experience
- At least Bachelor's/College Degree, any field
- Call center experience is an advantage
- Good communication and listening skills
- Self-motivated and can work with grace under pressure
- The ability to maintain a positive environment, working with co-workers and customers within a diverse culture
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
- Willing to work graveyard shift and/or holidays; with FIXED weekends OFF!
